These terms cover use of this website. They are not the terms for buying a HOG, or for using one. Those terms are not published here. To ask for them, write to sally@adventurousthinking.com.

Who we are

This website is operated by Rainwater HOG LLC, Sally Dominguez, in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

Using the site

The site gives general information about HOG and lets you describe a setup and request a quote. Sending a quote request does not place an order, and it does not form a contract to buy anything.

Information on the site

Content on the site is general information. Rebate figures describe water agency programs and can change. The agency sets the rules. Check with the agency before you rely on a figure.

The configurator is a way to describe a setup so we can prepare a quote. It is not a design for your building or your site.

Quote requests

A quote request asks for your email address and a description of a setup. We use that information to reply. The privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. Do not try to disrupt it, do not send someone else’s personal information without their permission, and do not use the site to break the law.

The site as provided

This website is provided as is. We do not promise that it will always be available, or that it will be free of errors.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top of the page will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
